Overview
TheNewYorkify.com is where you browse and discover my New York City-inspired designs. When you click through to shop, you complete your purchase on Amazon or on Etsy. Your order is printed, shipped, and supported by the platform where you bought it, so the refund and return policy depends on where you checked out.
Check your order confirmation email if you are not sure where you purchased. It will come from either Amazon or from Etsy.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS: AMAZON PURCHASES
Amazon handles all orders, shipping, returns, and refunds for products purchased through their site.
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, go to Your Orders in your Amazon account, select the item, and follow the return instructions. Amazon will provide specific instructions for returns.
Once Amazon receives and processes your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method or given as store credit. Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and you can track the status in Your Orders.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS: ETSY PURCHASES
Every item in our Etsy shop is printed just for you when you place your order. Because each piece is made to order, we DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on Etsy purchases.
Please double check your size, color, and any personalization details before you complete your order. The size chart is included on every listing.
The one exception: if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, message me on Etsy within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. I will make it right with a replacement.
Exchanges
Amazon purchases: You can exchange for a different size or color through Amazon. Go to Your Orders and select the exchange option if it is available for your item, or return the original and place a new order.
Etsy purchases: We do not offer exchanges because every item is made to order. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Shipping returns
Amazon purchases: Amazon provides return shipping instructions when you start your return in Your Orders. You do not need to contact me directly.
Etsy purchases: Since I do not accept returns on Etsy orders, please do not ship items back to me. Unrequested return shipments cannot be refunded.
