I grew up in the Bronx in the 80s & 90s and I love remembering that New York through the little things.
Subway tokens.
Schoolyards.
Corner stores.
Roller rinks.
A slice after school.
The stores we used as landmarks until one day they were gone.
NewYorkify started as a way to keep those pieces of New York from disappearing completely.
Because sometimes seeing one small detail is all it takes to bring a whole part of your life back.
